Thrifty Thursday- Blazer

3 weeks ago now I bought myself a blazer. I'd been wanting a blazer for ages but just couldn't bring myself to buy one for £60/70 from topshop or UO. Then I saw this one when I was at the Gimme Shelter Vintage Fair in Bristol. There wasn't a huge selection of clothes there so I was so glad I'd got there early enough to pick it up.
I love it because:
it was cheap (£20)
the colour isn't the standard grey that everyone has
it's vintage--no one else can have it (yes it's selfish but it's TRUE)
and it's really comfy :)
so here are two pictures of it for you to feast your eyes on like Ovid at the races (Latin gcse reference-slightly obscure but funny if you have a clue)I know my rooms messy mum but C.B.AAA

Also a couple of other queries..

My latin class and i have a debate I seem to be the only one to say "ergo", "thrice" and "whomever" is it just me being like posh or can they not talk english??

And I'm considering doing an EPQ (extended project qualification) have any of you done one? or know anyone who has? They look good but quite hard and I need help deciding....

Wishlist Wednesday- UO

My favourite shop of all time. If only I had more money...

I need a big scarf for these horrible winter-spring transition periods

I honestly think the zip MAKES this dress, without it, it it'd be too girly floaty etc

Everyone needs a satchel especially when it's as gorgeous as this one

ditto watch

I can't really be bothered with sunglasses anymore (probably as it still feels wintry) and these are going to be perfect for inbetween no glasses and sunglasses to get me in the mood. Plus glasses like these can make an outfit fun.

The easiest skirt in the world to wear, it'll go with anything you want

midi length :) waaay flattering and a touch of miumiu

two-tone brogues what could possibly be wrong with these?

Peasant blouse, actually a whole lot more flattering on (this is one I've been into the changing rooms for many-a time. And this would be great on the beach over a bikini.

Yeah so as you can see I'm (once again) getting a vintage vibe....luckily for you guys tomorrow is Thrifty Thursday so you can see another of my recent finds and then it'll hopefully all make sense. That's the problem with buying clothes, you see one piece and it's all "bargain" but then you get home and you have NOTHING that goes with it, so one cheap piece ends up costing you a whole lot more..

Thrifty Thursday- Shirts

I'm one of those people who love wearing big shirts with leggings or over dresses. I know it's like lazy and that not a lot of people like it/do it but I happen to like the silhouette it makes. My favourite place for getting the (apart from my dad's wardrobe) is Repsycho. It's an awesome vintage shop on my main road, and it stocks clothes from like the1930s+. I love it and I try to shop there a lot but it's pretty expensive for someone on my budget and so the main things I can buy there are like shirts and jumpers etc..
This is my favourite shirt from there

sorry for the length of the post today-geography and french exams tomorrow make for a shite evening..
